Rotor blades from 5 KW to 5 MW
For the production of rotor blades with manual lamination, vacuum fusion or prepreg, ROTEC uses resins such as epoxy, vinyl ester and polyester together with the glass and carbon reinforcement fibres.


 

Forms and moulds
ROTEC makes all its master forms and moulds. High-quality products can only be manufactured in a cost-efficient manner using flawless moulds. The moulds are created using FEM in their hot and cold state. In order to achieve excellent contour accuracy, all master forms are equipped with a sturdy casing, and the surfaces are milled and finished.

Production of the mould shells is done in a vacuum infusion process. Heating systems either employ water or computer-controlled electrical installations. The moulds are equipped with a hydraulic cover-and-close mechanism.

ROTEC also produces customised single parts and small batches.
